We usually require at least two valid IDs (for example an ID card/passport and a driving licence). In justified cases we may ask for additional verification.
The minimum rental period is 4 days. Rental is charged in 24-hour blocks.
After the agreed return time we charge a contractual surcharge of 100 CZK for each started hour.
The vehicle must be returned clean and washed, in a similar condition as at pick-up. The fuel level must not be lower than at handover.
Trips abroad are possible only in limited cases and always by prior agreement. The renter must arrange assistance / insurance including towing back to the Czech Republic at their own expense.
The deposit and the estimated rental fee are paid at vehicle pick-up. The collision damage excess is typically 10%, at least 10,000 CZK (it may vary by vehicle type).
In case of an accident or damage, stop safely, secure the scene and call the police. Take photos, fill in an accident report and contact the rental company as soon as possible.
If wrong fuel is added, the whole deposit may be forfeited and the renter pays all costs related to repairs and downtime.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance.
All fines and penalties incurred during the rental are paid by the renter. During the rental period the renter is considered the operator of the vehicle.
By prior agreement you can return the vehicle at another Car Rental 001 branch, possibly for a fee.
Practical rental information
We offer modern passenger cars, automatics, SUVs and minibuses (7–9 seats). Vehicles are regularly serviced, clean and ready to go. For most cars, unlimited mileage applies – we will confirm the conditions during booking.

Yes, by prior agreement we can arrange pick-up or return outside standard opening hours.
We usually accept cash. Depending on availability, we can also arrange a bank transfer.
Some vehicles include a Czech motorway vignette. We will always confirm this for the selected car during booking.
